Exchange or Return of Goods Policy

If the product is in good condition, the buyer has the right to terminate the purchase agreement concluded remotely within 14 days of receiving the order.

To maintain this right, the customer must ensure that the products remain in their original condition. For example, candles, fragrance oils, wooden candle accessories, candle dyes, jars, silicone molds, or manufacturing tools (such as heaters and pitchers) must be returned without any signs of use beyond necessary inspection.

If the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly through no fault of the customer, the right of return remains valid. A decrease in value due to opening the packaging or checking the product does not prevent the customer from requesting a refund.

Products that have been used or altered in their essential characteristics (such as candles that have been lit, oils that have been used, or molds that have been modified) cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Conditions

The product will not be accepted for return if at least one of the following is missing:

  • All included parts and accessories (e.g., full candle sets, jars, lids, molds, or tools).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice from Al Wataniya Candle).

  • Original packaging in good condition.

  • For defective items, an official report describing the defect issued by our service department.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable laws.
